Diodoros: Vie del Gusto, December 11th 2013. Welcome Diodoros, The Wine of The Valley of the Temples

Diodoros Project takes off with the aim to safeguard and enhance historical vineyards of the archaeological Park of The Valley of the Temples. The project is the result of an agreement between the Authorities of the Park and CVA Canicattì wine cellar.

Today the brand of “the Wine of the Valley”, (soon on the market),   has been presented to the public. The wine is produced with grapes growing in the area below the Temple of Juno. Right now, the wine is ageing  more than two months after the grape harvest.

 The wine of the Valley and vineyards located in the Park- Marco Zambuto, mayor of the city of Agrigento said– represent an important marketing strategy of the city of Agrigento at international level. This project is the milestone supporting our aim to worldwide export  Sicilian scenario and territory of Agrigento , so rich in history, art, culture, food and beverage .”
